The location is hard to beat – right at the southern tip of Lake Starnberg and within easy reach of the German Alps. It’s a great base for exploring the area or simply enjoying the scenery. Breakfast was another highlight, and that’s saying something as I’m not usually a breakfast person!"

"the expedia reservation system was terrible. only after making the reservation it showed that the check in would close at 9 pm. i had plans to arrive after 9. needless to say the non-refundable reservation fee is a huge problem for me expedia sucks for that reason"
