"We only stayed a night but had a lovely time in Rouen. The hotel's location is central and close to the cathedral, the shops, and lots of restaurants. Parking is available and can be tight, though they may have options for larger vehicles so make sure to inquire ahead and reserve a spot. Every staff member we interacted with was so kind and professional. It really made an impression. Our one breakfast experience was not ideal as there was a constant long queue for 1 coffee machine which blocked several of the food areas. Overall a lovely hotel with stellar staff. "

American tourists would be pleased to know that the air conditioning is excellent, and for those who have little concern for the environment, the room can be kept quite cool.
