"Great location overlooking the bay. Easy to kayak on either side of high tide. The place is comfortable and well equipped. Nice deck to sit on and watch the tide come in and out while enjoy morning coffee and late day drinks. Close to Crane's Beach which is gorgeous. Left just before the green heads arrived. ( July 1)"
