"We loved staying at this property. Easy check in, and our host, Scott was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was very clean, with plenty of room for the six of us on a friends' high school reunion trip. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a large dining area, large living room and a balcony with table and chairs off the dining area. Nice and bright with lots of big windows also. Comfortable beds. The multilevel floor plan might be more difficult for people with mobility issues, but we loved it. Only a few minutes walk to beaches and the awesome Parker River Wildlife Refuge. 10 minutes drive into beautiful Newburyport.One of our group is already planning to book this house again. Highly recommended."

"This place is great - so convenient and comfortable.It had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, laundry, very comfy couch area, beds were also comfy.It was too cold to use the outdoor area, but that looked like it would be nice in warmer weather. The host was very helpful, and easy to reach. Highly recommend!"

"The owner was very nice, The unit was clean. The only issue we had was getting our luggage up to the 3rd floor. Very small steep steps and circular, We are all in our 70's so unless you are in good shape, it may be difficult to get up and down the stairs, One of the ladies was having trouble with her Achilles tendon and struggled,"
