"I was very unpleased with the property. The room was NOT clean. There was hair throughout the entire bed. Notified the front desk but was brushed off. She then said, we use lent rollers after applying the sheets. After showing pictures she went behind the desk and did nothing else. The room was reserved for 2 days but decided to leave. No compensation was offered nor another room was given. NEVER BOOK HERE!!!! "

"Honestly, it was an extremely nice hotel, especially for the money I paid. The staff was very friendly and understandable and helpful. It was very quiet and the breakfast was decent. Don’t expect anything crazy though when it comes to the food, I thought the rooms were very well maintained and check-in was quick and easy overall my stand in Lakeway, Texas for the first time was great!"
