We had a lovely, enjoyable stay, the staff are 5* and their customer service is what would make me return if I come to Cape, I want to say a Special Shout out to Toby, Patience, and Zolani. We stayed for 3 nights and they made us feel like family by the end of our Short stay. Toby kept us laughing everyday, Patience extended our check-out time as a Kind gesture for a small water issue on our Check-out morning, and Zolani was on hand to make everyone feel safe, even accompanying us to the local shops at night as we was 2 female travellers.
Everyone including the Cleaning staff deserve a pay rise/Bonus, they make the Hotel Great, we definitely hope to see you guys again, from Krystal and Sara, UK.
