The property is in a good location and the rooms are clean. We probably wouldn’t stay again because there is no door on the main bedroom and we booked a suite rather than a hotel room because we wanted some privacy from our 12 yr old child. The main bed was two singles put together rather than a double which we would have preferred. The coffee machine didn’t seem to work although we followed the instructions exactly. However it was perfectly adequate accommodation for one night and the kitchen seemed well equipped. The check in process was clear and straightforward

Good location with some self-catering activities. However given the rates we were paying for the peak time of the year, some basics let the place down. No breakfast option on site(need to self cater); plates and cutlery were dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly from the previous customer. I also followed up on my Expedia VIP benefits and got no answer two days later by the time we checked out. Would not stay again.

Great stay in Rovaniemi
Staff was friendly and helpful, location was good too. Sauna in the room was an added comfort. Would recommend staying here!

The room was large and spacious with a beautiful Finnish feel. Having space to hang all our clothes to dry was excellent. The kitchen was great and we had most meals in the appartment as there was a large supermarket 10-15 minute walk away.

We were unable to stay both nights because our flight was delayed and we missed our train so we only stayed one night. We were disappointed that the night we couldn’t stay was not refunded. However, Trulia was amazing and let us do a late check out the day we were to leave and was very helpful and giving as options of things to do.!

Happy stay in Rovaniemi
Clear self check in instructions. Great location. Clean, spacious and well equipped room. Private sauna is a big bonus. Would definitely stay again next time when we’re in Rovaniemi.

The location was perfect. No heavy traffic and close to a great pub. Check in was good- no interaction with anyone and the directions for checking in were clear. Staff were quick to assist with an issue I had and were truly accommodating.

Excellent stay in an excellent location
There were three of us and the room was spacious for us. We liked the kitchen and sauna in the bathroom. The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to market and restaurants. We were glad that we stayed here instead of at or near Santa Claus village. The check-in and service by staff were also great.

It was excellent, they give a upgrade to deluxe. My room was well prepared and ready before the official check-in time. That was so wonderful, as after all the long travel, we are able to go in earlier to take a good rest. The sauna room is excellent for refreshing.

Pros: Location is good, near city center. Cons: There’s a bit dirty inside the sauna and the sauna turned on suddenly at night time. There’s no WiFi inside the apartment.

Disappointing !! The rooms smelt really bad and the bathroom was worse smell, no room service has these are self catering apartments.

The location was great, within 3 minutes walk to most travel agents. The sauna makes the property attractive but the heater was very poor so had to use the sauna as heating.

Parfait, très bien situé et logement agréable niveau équipement et déco, spacieux (avec sauna privé dans la sdb de la chambre) Bien que l'arrivée soit autonome, le personnel a laissé des petites attentions agréables pour l'arrivée dans la chambre. Merci.

Stor og flott leilighet med alt vi trengte. To soverom, stue, kjøkken og bad med badstue. Kjøkkenet hadde alt av utstyr, kjøleskap, frys, kaffemaskin etc. Vi var også blitt oppgradert fra Deluxe suite til Family deluxe suite. Perfekt beliggenhet midt i Rovaniemi og ingen problem å finne parkering rett utenfor hotellet. Enkel og grei selvbetjent innsjekk og utsjekk.

Ei Suite tasoa ja liian kallis tasoonsa nähden.
Kerrostaloasunto joka sisustettu liian täyteen. Vanhanaikainen hella ja IKEAn serviisit. Pesutiloissa vanha muovimatto. Ei tämä kyllä Suitelta tuntunut. Pysäköinti todella epämääräistä. Kohteessa ei ole respaa ja tapaamamme henkilö ei oikein tiennyt mistään. Pihalle ei kannata viedä autoa. Parkkipaten valvoma. Täysin villiä sakottamista todella villein perustein.

位於市中心的飯店式民宿，雖無櫃台接待，但只要透過管道反應，都能很快收到回應。從訂房起到退房後，飯店會一直主動保持聯絡。房間、餐廚等設備足，還有三溫暖，要說缺點，就是房間內的洗衣機撤走了，不然就完美了。隔音雖比不上大飯店的隔音房，但住客多數能有一定的禮儀，也還好。總之，如果你喜歡民宿型自由又如同家裡一樣設備齊全，這裏絕對是好選擇。
