"The men at the front of the hotel were warm and welcoming and helped us out with any questions ensured we knew safe ways to get around. Thats where the positives end. Dated rooms with windows that rattle, bathroom that has seen better days and rock hard beds and pillows. Breakfast is manhandled by a man to make it look like its full and never seen replenished except when pastries were returned that someone didnt eat. Needs a massive overhaul. "The hotel is very close to the Medina and also to shops and restaurants, bank machines, etc. just on the outside of the Medina. The location is very very good. The building is beautifully renovated in traditional Moroccan style and the breakfast were was outstanding Other guests told us that dinners were also excellent. Namir and his staff were outstanding and when my vehicle got towed, they went to a great deal of effort helping get it resolved. You cannot go wrong booking this hotel."
