Good location, but …

Great location in Leamington, but the property needs some serious updating. It has next to no amenities at all. And I don’t mean anything fancy - I’m talking simple basics. Our bathroom didn’t have a towel rack, or a ring to hang on, or even a space to put my toothbrush. A simple shelf would help. We had one towel each that was to last us 3 nights. The bedroom had no space - I had to literally crawl over my wife or the bottom edge of the bed to get out. Not even a bedside lamp. The night stand was so small that our charger wouldn’t even fit on it. And the list could go on and on. Again, a good location but the listing description and photos way oversell the property. The only redeeming factor was that the host was great and most helpful.
