Summary:
A ground-floor flat with two bedrooms in a quiet, leafy part of North Leamington, with its own parking space. The Fat Pug is a 2 minute walk, and the Parade about 18. The super king splits into two singles, so three workers can have a bed each, and couples sharing the beds means it can sleep up to 4. Guests on work trips keep coming back. Discounts come off automatically for stays of 7 nights or more, and even more for 28 nights or more.

The Space:
The lounge has a smart TV and an electric fire, and the dining table doubles as a desk. The kitchen has an oven, a hob, a microwave, a coffee maker and a fridge, and there's a washing machine.

Sleeping arrangement:
- Bedroom 1: super king bed, which splits into two singles
- Bedroom 2: double bed
- Lounge: small sofa bed, for one more on a short stay

The bathroom is modern, with an electric shower. A travel cot is there if you need one.

The flat is cleaned professionally before every stay, with fresh bed linen and towels.

Guest Access:
The whole flat is yours, on the ground floor. It has its own parking space, with visitor spaces as well.

The Neighborhood:
The Fat Pug is just round the corner, a 2 minute walk, and the Star & Garter on Warwick Street is 8. Further in, Fizzy Moon Brewhouse is 14 minutes on foot, The White Horse 15, Fox & Vivian 18 and the Royal Pug 19. For food, La Bottega does fresh pasta and Cinda's Kitchen good breakfasts, both about 15 minutes away.

The riverside path is close by, and it's a well-marked walk into Warwick. By car, Warwick Castle is 6 minutes away and Stratford-upon-Avon 21.

Getting Around:
Leamington Spa station is a 5 minute drive or a 23 minute walk, with trains to London Marylebone and Birmingham. Warwick Hospital is 6 minutes by car and the University of Warwick 19. Park in your own space at the flat.

Other Things to Note:
The flat is on the ground floor. The sofa bed is small, for one more person on a short stay. Hot water comes from a tank, so the hot taps run gently; the electric shower isn't affected.

🧹 Stays of 14 nights or more have a mid-stay clean each week, at £100.80 a clean. Booked through Airbnb or another booking site? We'll ask you to pay for these separately.
🐶 Pets welcome by request: £39.99 per pet (non-refundable), up to 2. Please ask before you book and we'll confirm in writing. Pets must be flea-treated, never left alone in the property and kept off the furniture.
