I did enjoy the complimentary tea or coffee in the lounge after a days’s site seeing. Excellent location for all the sites in old Mumbai. The only reason for 4 stars was because my room did not have a window to look out, but the room was spotless and a comfortable bed. Highly recommended "

"Very courteous and helpful staff. Free breakfast included for all. At breakfast they provide free complimentary foot massage. The masseuse are blind and do a great join. At breakfast they also provide live flute music - played by a blind individual. This empathy showed by the hotel administration should be advertised. Based on this, we have opted to return back on our next trip to Bombay."

"There are not eating places around the area that would be suitable for Western tourists. But the hotel cafateria is good wiyh great basic Indian meals. The area around the hotel is typical of working area of small shops and scooter repair shops. Best thig us hotel is very close to metro stations."

"The room was decent sized. However there was water everywhere as the ice melted in the fridge and spread all over. We noticed this as soon as we got in the room. So this shows that there was no prior check done before providing the keys. After 3-4 attempts they somehow removed the water from fridge but the fridge did not work at all. My parents are old and I couldn’t keep their medication in the fridge. We spent at least 1 hr in this mess. I had given them clear instructions on the breakfast...

"I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury...
