Location good for getting around. 200slr for a tuk tuk to the cenrre or 10-15 min walk. Ony negative was the proximity to monk 5am chants and the noise of chairs in restaurant above scraping the ceiling late and early. "

"Our stay was wonderful, we were lucky enough to have one of the newly renovated rooms at the hotel. The hotel staff were very polite and accommodating and the hotel is very centrally located - easy walk to the Temple of the Tooth Relic, eateries and shops. "

"Great location right in the middle of Kandy city by city center and lots of shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly, even upgraded my room and immediately sent someone when there was a minor leak in the AC to fix promptly. Amazing buffet breakfast, clean sheets and tidy room"

"Great place to stay in Kandy! Rooms are clean, comfortable, and shower is great. Staff are true professionals and definitely want you to have a great stay. Hotel is perched atop hill just outside of town. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the town is a nice 20 stroll down the hill. Staff hooked us up with a great driver for day trip to Sigiriya. Great place to stay!"

"Hotel was comfortable, safe, and they had onsite driver accommodations (apparently a thing in Sri Lanka). We didn't get to stay here long enough, and there was a festival that made the streets incredibly crowded. I wish we had the chance to explore the area more, however we made our way down (per the hotel's recommendation) to dinner at Hideout Lounge, and then back to the hotel. "Staff was very courteous and helpful This place has potential. It is a bit out of the way, but provided excellent views because of its location on a hill. We expected the hotel to respond to your WhatsApp questions about whether they are still open and functioning after the hurricane but didn’t get a response. Fortunately they were open when we arrived. We’d stay there again if we are back in Kandy. "
