The Pantiles an impressively preserved Georgian colonnade houses shops, galleries, pubs, independent restaurants and cafes for today’s visitors. The flat has had a complete new refurbishment throughout and finished to a very high standard. The property is on a Victorian street which leads to a beautiful park, children's play area and the oldest pub in Royal Tunbridge Wells. The flat is light and airy with a dbl bedroom with cupboard and white company bed linen. There's an open plan kitchen, marble work tops, ceramic sink, oven/hobs with a work space/island breakfast bar with stools. The open plan living room has a velvet sofa, 43" smart TV, hi speed Wi Fi with direct charging points.
