Innsbrook Vacation Townhome 45

  • Townhome 45 IS NEWLY REMODELED, it is a three level unit with a ground level entry with the kitchen, dining room and living room with a half bath. There is a view of the golf course, waterfall, the Trout fishing lake from a covered deck on the first level. It is a short walk to the Texas Club and located close to all the amenities. This unit has five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, multiple large living spaces, a covered carport, washer/dryer, two large private decks, wireless internet and central air. 2520 square foot. NOTE: Fireplace is not useable. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit. There will be a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets.
