Town Home 53 is a three level unit with a ground level entry. This unit has 4 bedrooms, a loft, and 5 bathrooms. 1st level has a remodeled kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry room. Living rooms present on all levels. There area two twin beds, wet bar, pool table on the bottom floor. It has Wi-Fi, a/c, 2 Mr. coffee coffee makers and large decks. Sleeps 12 people in 3,914 sq ft. NOTE; NONE OF THE FIREPLACES ARE USEABLE. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit. There will be a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets.
