"Our stay at The Retreat was absolutely delightful! The hosts are super accommodating and responsive. The condo has all the comforts of home, is spotless and well kept. The view is beautiful from the balcony. The location is divine and well situated to do things around Rum Point. Also, the pool was an added bonus, especially if traveling with kids. I highly recommend this stay! It is a vacation of dreams!"

"Great place to stay, accommodations were perfect for my family. Clean, comfortable and cozy! We thoroughly enjoyed the bioluminescence bay at night with kayaks. Pool was great place to cool off after Long Beach day. Starfish beach was beautiful , seeing all the starfish was amazing! Our hosts were great, very easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back to this location!"

"We absolutely loved our stay and are already planning our next trip back! The location was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax while still being just steps from the beach. One of our favorite parts was being able to walk right out and snorkel whenever we wanted.The screened-in balcony overlooking the north side was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee or unwind in the evening while listening to the waves. The condo itself was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this cottage for its location as it’s literally across the road from the rum point public beach and the famous rum point restaurant and bar for cocktails and delicious food and vibe! As a local I have to say this cottage was one of the most well equipped we have stayed in. A small dock for sitting and watching the fish and a wonderful screened porch for morning coffee. We loved it here as it was so peaceful but steps away from the famous rum point and a mudslide when we wanted. We took walks along the beach and morning swims in the sea. We will definitely stay again and we live here!"

"Beautiful well maintained property. Excellent location. Only negative is the amount of some species of jelly fish that reside in the bioluminescent bay. But loved the calm waters of the bay for paddle boarding and kayaking."
