"I liked the Ambassador, it was a great! location. but, no coffee in the room and no maid service, We stayed 2 nights, but didn't get our room touched up. thus the 4 stars"

"Great stay! The hotel was beautiful,clean and the view was absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again. The only thing missing was room service. I also wish the restaurant downstairs had been communicated better. I wasn’t aware there was a restaurant in the hotel, I only found out after going downstairs and asked if it was still open, I wasn’t informed that it was about to close. I only found out when I went downstairs and saw that it was closing in about 15 minutes. A quick heads-up from the operator or front desk would have been helpful. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. I definitely recommend this hotel, whether you’re visiting the area or simply looking for a nice staycation!"

"We used the pool and hot tubs daily. The facility was always clean, well maintained with good hours and seating. The hotel was beautiful and historic. When I booked this hotel my booking stated free parking but this is not the case as it is $72 a day. Management honored my booking with free parking."
