"We were staying overnight before a cruise coach pick up. I didn't realize how early we would be picked up as we had booked breakfast. The staff kindly ensured we could get some take out cold breakfast and hot drinks as we were leaving before the breakfast opened. This was really helpful to us. It was so convenient to be able to leave the car there for a supplement."

"Firstly checked in to find previous guests clothes in wardrobe, then the spa bath didn't work even though we were supposed to have been upgraded , then there was about 6 months dust on top of four poster bed ,the bed was broken and only fixed by a 3mm screw ( dangerous) . Was moved to a twin room for 1 night then put in superior room only to find someone's tablet under the bed runner which should of been clean linen clearly not . Put in a complaint to manager and hasn't even had the decency to respond . If u have any sense please stay somewhere else as that tablet could of killed a child or dog but the owner and manager clearly isn't bothered about safety protocols"
