Creek View is a stunning two bed contemporary coastal holiday home, nestled on the edge of Creek Gardens, sitting on the banks of Wootton Creek, on the North-East coast of The Isle of Wight. This immaculate holiday home has been decorated to the highest of standards, and thoughtfully fitted with everything one would need for making your holiday very special. Creek View is the perfect coastal holiday home for couples, family and friends all looking to spend quality time together in one of the most beautiful parts of the UK. Natural light floods into the open plan living area that looks out towards the Creek, watch the boats go past or just relax with a refreshing drink while listening to the many birds that frequent the Creek on a tidal basis. Creek Gardens is located between Wootton Bridge and the wonderful year-round dog friendly Woodside Bay. Seven minutes’ walk away in either direction, you can start one of the five Wootton Bridge walks, be crabbing on the beach in one of the many rock pools, relaxing in Lakeside Spa and restaurant, be in the pub, grabbing a takeaway, picking up groceries, or jumping on a bus. So much to do and see all within a mile for Creek View.
The Victorian seaside Town of Ryde is under 4 miles away, either walking along the coastal path, passing Quarr Abbey, or just a short drive, passing through Binstead. Ryde has a wonderful golden sandy beach, with all the typical sea side attractions, On Ryde Esplanade you will discover a Marina, bowling Alley, boating lake, trampolines, children’s fun fair, ice cream parlour, café’s and restaurant’s all the way to Puckpool near Seaview. Union Street offers a superb choice of restaurants, cafés, antique and boutique shops as well. Ryde has fantastic transport links from the mainland with the catamaran, hover terminal, main bus terminal, and railway station all being close together, therefore no need to being your car.

The house had a lot of positives. It is very well situated not only for the ferry but to get to other places on the island. There was one of the best welcome packs we have experienced. the house is very well equipped and has a lot of things you don't expect - e.g. dressing gowns and slippers as well as dishwasher and laundry tablets (but oddly enough no spare toilet rolls). It was clean and linen was changed part way through our stay.However we did find the house smaller and darker than we expected and needed lights on whenever we were there. The upstairs bedroom is very tight for space. Visitors also need to be aware that part of the approach road to the development is in an appalling condition. Very uneven and has a 10mph speed limit. The authorities should be made to rectify it.
Creek View is a lovely little compact holiday villa in a great location. The villa is small, but has everything you need to enjoy your stay as a family of 4, and has great space for dining both inside and out. The hosts have thought of a lot of personal touches like bath robes, and a useful welcome pack, and having access to both Sky and Netflix was a huge bonus too.
There is no bath, but the 2 bathrooms are very modern and clean, both equipped with showers, and it's always handy having 2 toilets which can be rare in smaller properties.
Communication with the hosts was great too, and instructions in the property were very clear so everything was easy to work.
A big thank you to Mark and Jenny for our wonderful stay.
Had a really enjoyable stay in this villa. Equipped with everything you could possibly need for a family holiday. Very welcoming with lots of personal touches that made it feel like home rather than just a rental property. Location was ideal for exploring the island and Creek Gardens is very picturesque. Would highly recommend especially to families with young children.

You do ask what you could improve for future guests in your nice house in Wootton Bridge : I think...nothing. The house is perfect for a retreat, well located, so easy to access from Fishbourne. It is perfect for any small group 2 to 4 people. The quality of the equipments, kitchen, bathroom, electronics... is top for such a rental, really, surprising. We felt at home hour 1. This is also coming from your kindness and attentions for our welcome : beakfast ingredients, fresh flowers... It was really perfect, nothing to add or change. And the island is so nice and authentic. So thanks again, and we wish you, Lanrence and I, a lot of future visitors as delighted as we were. All the best.Guy.

An idyllic stay in luxurious surroundings!
My husband and I spent 2 days at 3 Creek View to celebrate our anniversary. We just wanted to relax and spend time together doing as little as possible! We couldn’t have picked a nicer place to spend it. We felt spoiled as soon as we arrived. The location is peaceful and pretty with some lovely views of the river. The accommodation has been refurbished to a very high standard with high quality fixtures, fittings, furniture, bedding, towels etc. The master bed was extremely comfortable! It has a lovely homely feel with everything you could possibly need and more during your stay.The kitchen especially is extensively stocked with every utensil and gadget to make your stay more comfortable. The welcome pack and goodies are a lovely touch and we were even greeted by a lovely anniversary gift! We are residents of the Isle of Wight and Wootton offers everything we needed for our stay including a Tesco Express, Fish and chip shop and both Indian and Chinese take aways. We also walked the 15 mins along the river to The Sloop pub for a delicious lunch. Mark was fantastic during the whole process and couldn’t have been more helpful. Answers to any of our queries and questions were pretty much instant and it was obvious that he and Jenny wanted us to have the most comfortable and enjoyable stay possible. A lot of love and care has gone into making 3 Creek View a lovely place to stay and that’s exactly what it is. We can’t wait for our next stay! Thank you Mark and Jenny.
