"We had an amazing stay, as part of the Rye bonfire event, and we were very happy with the property.Decent garden and Kitchen space, with a cosy bedroom/living room. "

"Really quirky, interesting property, ideally situated for all the great shops and eateries in Rye. Host was brilliant and provided all the information in an easily accessible format. Beds were comfy. Bathroom really clean. Nice outdoor area for warmer weather. Only downsides were that the main bedroom smelt of damp, the kettle could do with a descale, and the road noise made it tricky to sleep without interruption. Overall, we liked it and it had lots of mod cons including a juicing machine!"

"A lovely welcome on arrival, comfortable room with a wonderful view. Great shower, good size of room. Just TV, No netflix or other streaming service. Great service, easy to top up tea, coffee, fresh milk etc. No car park but easy walking distance to other car parks. Near plenty of places to eat. In a lovely, historic part of Rye with lots to see."

"My son and I had a lovely stay in The Old Borough Arms. Excellent staff, supremely welcoming and friendly. They go above and beyond for their guests. Cozy room, with all you need to have comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight: The most delightful breakfast on the terrace! Definitely recommended."
