Applecote is a small converted barn on the outskirts of Rye, East Sussex. A unique studio apartment with exposed beams, handcrafted kitchen and modern wet room. A bright colourful fully fitted kitchen with small table and chairs for meal times. The open plan space doubles up as your lounge in the day and bedroom at night. A super comfy sofa bed, flat screen TV,Wifi, woodburner and french doors onto the decked terrace. A modern wet room with heated towel rail, shower, hand basin & WC. Outside there is parking for one car and the terrace overlooks a small open garden. The property allows one well behaved small/medium dog but please take note the garden is fenced but not suitable to leave the dog unattended in the garden. The town centre of Rye is about a 10 minute walk.
