"I stayed for one day with my daughter we were impressed with room it was a very nice room with a terrace . The location was great , it was only about 20 mins by bus from Rye station to the Camber sand beach. The breakfast was amazing it was intercontenent, the gay who served us was so polite and helpful and the rest of staff too. Will be nice if they change the hotel carpet otherwise its highly recommended."

"It was clean and homely. Might need a few renovations as it’s clearly well used over the years like the windows don’t stay open without a stopper which is quite dangerous and the ceilings a bit cracked but not falling apart at all just well lived over the years. The bed was the most comfortable bed Ive ever had the pleasure of sleeping in and the breakfast was delicious. Beautiful view from my room - worth every penny just wish they had a late check out option!"

"Lovely hotel near beach but air con was not switched on when arriving on very hot day, so room was very hot and took a while to cool it down, also air conditioning was too cold in living room but not cold enough in bedroom. Breakfast was good with just a little extra charge for Eggs Royale which was fine. Lovely views from room of beachfront"
