"Sky bridge is under renovation and cannot be used. Inconvenient right now. Lobby is down the side of the car park. Hotel is fine, nothing special. Only plus is the location for easy access to the airport"

"My stay at Novotel Bangkok Impact was really nice and comfortable. I have to give all my praise to the lovely staff members. Starting from check in till check out they were so friendly even helped me adjust my stay according to my flight time. The breakfast was so diverse and i loved how each day i got a different menu. I was stayinh there as i had a concert in Thunderdome. There is easy sky walk from the hotel to thunderdome which made it so easier for me. Theres many food,drinks,coffee shops around as well as 7 eleven. I highly recommend this."

"Owner was very nice and welcoming. Check out says 11am but he allowed to check out till 3pm for free since my flight was until 5pm (he offered without me asking). I would definitely stay there again! "

"Room and bathroom space are small and the noise level is high and you can hear the next room. Staff are very nice. Good place to stay for concert because it’s very closed by."
