"Awesome place been there few time will be back soon to booked for my next KL trip ❤️❤️❤️"

"Fuss free check in. Had initial issue with WiFi, but host was aware and the repair was made within 30mins of us arriving. Late check out was accommodated."

"A good stay for a few nights if you’re looking for inexpensive without the frills. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Filtered water dispensers on each floor, and that was a bonus; bottled water also included in the room. It is convenient that the location is in a plaza, which includes laundromats, convenience stores, and restaurants."

"The hotel is noisy with a live music next to the hotel."

"Good people. Good rooms and very affordable "

"Great "

"I like the Cleanness,service,environment,quite, "

"There is basically no staff on the property, all check in check out are done thru machine. Room are not cleaned, no room service/cleaning for my whole 3 days 2 night stay. Hair found at bed sheet when i checked in. Shower towers are DIRTY and SMELLY! I feel terrible scary to use the tower. The shower area are stucked with water, both my feets are flooded with dirty water from shower. The bed is bad, the mattress is curved, and you can “feel” the mattress spring and support. And the bed is...

"Good receptionist service staffs. Azlan has excellent customer service and makes staff feel comfortable. He helped me book a cheap grab car to go to KL city and gave me a wake up call at 5am."

"Good price. It had what I needed, decently clean, has hot water in the shower, wifi is good, and near a lot of restaurants and The Strand mall. Not a bad place I definitely recommend, but just know you do get what you pay for. It is definitely an old building, and things are going to be more run-down than in a 4-star hotel. Also, it didn't bother me too much, but there certainly was a little bit of a fruity/smoke smell in my room depending on the day. I don't think it's the hotel's fault...

"The stay was pleasant, with relatively good location near to eateries."

"Everything "

"excellent short stay clean and cosy room except if soap could be top up in the room"

"The room is clean and new, very well for the cleanliness. But still under renovation, so duty outside and building not much people stay, have constructors staying as well, each floor might only you and the others room occupied. If stay alone need to be careful. Butthe room view are very nice and very clean. Parking is not included need to pay yourself. Will stay again but when with family or partner. Love the clean and new room."

"Great middle of the Road 4-star Hotel but not as swanky as the One World Hotel"

"Great Hotel to stay! Very clean , good Breakfast friendly staffs Will stay again"

"I loved everything about our stay in this hotel. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were so nice and the hospitality is unmatched. From Kenneth to Rawdah and the rest of the team, they treated us like family during our 8 day stay."

"Overall, the stay was comfortable. However, the floor in the room felt a bit sticky and could be cleaner. It would also be great if Netflix was available on the TV for guests. Providing complimentary drinking water in the room would further improve the experience. Other than that, everything was satisfactory."
