"Unit faced the outside the property to local residential side, roosters crowing, dogs barking throughout the day and night. Overall property is very nice with rooftop views and nice atrium at entrance, with seating to relax. "

However, I was disappointed by the unexpected fee, I was charged ₱300 for checking in at 12:40 PM, even though the website states check-in is at 1 PM. When I asked Alexandra, she admitted the site wasn’t updated. That’s not fair to guests and should be corrected."

"We booked for 2 nights and never use it... the place had a hole and it's unsafe. The fridge was so stinky...the sink have a dirty rugs.. We end up to stay somewhere coz it was like almost 10pm and we need to get some rest since we have a long day.. The host never communicate anymore when i tried to reach out about some issues in the unit. We're trying to have our money back since we never stay the unit... it was a terrible experienced. Never ever book this unit..they need to fix it for safety of their clients."
