"I really wanted to give this place a higher rating because almost everything else was great — the room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly. However, the soundproofing is extremely poor. During my two-night stay, I was woken up very early every morning by loud noises, either from upstairs or next door — it sounded like heavy objects dropping on the floor or furniture being dragged. This went on from around 4 AM to 10 AM and made it very hard to get proper sleep. Unfortunately, this seriously impacted my overall experience. Aside from the noise issue, everything else was close to perfect, but good sleep is essential for a hotel stay. Because of this, I can only give 2 stars."
