Every single staff member we dealt with was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and welcoming, and the room was amazing. We were blessed with beautiful sunny weather and loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the spectacular views of Victoria's amazing harbour. "I was only there for an overnight but the front desk is staffed 24hrs so you can arrive very late.. no problem. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable! And very conveniently situated! "
