1. THIS IS A SMOKE FREE, VAPE FREE, CANNABIS FREE, RECREATIONAL DRUG FREE, AND PET FREE HOME. Strictly enforced due to our family and guest allergies.
If we feel our house rules are not being respected, home owner reserves the right to do a SAME DAY condition inspection WITHOUT 24 hours notice.
We are on septic system. Only toilet paper can go down the drains. To prevent washing machine odor, wet laundry cannot be left past 1 hour in wash.
