90 m2. More information by the provider: The house is located directly on the river bed of the beautiful Saaservispe at the entrance to Saas-Grund. It's a quiet and sunny place. Parking find you by the house. On the large terrace on the south side of the house, you can recharge your batteries every day with the help of the great sun rays. An ideal place to relax! Bus stop can be reached in less than 100 m.
The flat is located on the first floor. It has 3 bedrooms and a living/dining room with a big fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed measuring 180cm x 200cm 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90cm x 200cm 1 bathroom with WC/shower 1 bathroom with WC/bathtub 1 large terrace on the south side 1 small balcony on the east side 1 balcony on the west side
Included in the price are the SaastalCard, bed , bath and kitchen linen, 1 parking space, electricity, heating and warm water. Additional costs: Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.- for adults, CHF 3.50 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day.
