"Rooms were extremely clean updated, very pleased with our stay"

"El hotel hermoso , limpio y organizado. Pero el desayuno deberían agregar jamones ,queso. Ya q solo es ,pan ,cereal ,fruta y cupcake. En adiccion por lo menos en mi habitación no fueron a limpiarla y cambiar toallas al día siguiente. Y ya cuando llegaron ya era de noche y no tocaron la puerta antes de entrar y avisar para saber q estabamos dentro y el aire acondicionado no enfría lo suficiente. Pero por lo demás está muy bien ."

"Beautiful place on the outside and lobbies. Great location too but my room was not so great. The room was very dusty, don’t know when the last time someone stayed there. And I don’t know the last time the shower was scrubbed!"

"En relación a la limpieza de la habitación deberían mejorar. No cambiaron las toallas, la alfombra no estuvo ninguno de los días como bien aseada. El hotel esta chévere el área de la piscina y playa excelente."

"Our balcony looked in rough shape. The metal frame was an eyesore. The door itself was old and the chair in our room was dirty and stained."

"Check in was a total disaster Room was not ready at 4:45 pm Wait one hour and staff didn’t tell us room was ready - staff went on break Luggage took 20 minutes This has been our favorite hotel We will be looking for a new favorite "

"It was clean plenty amenities. Easy access to parking and entrances. Great staff. The only thing bad was the room service only came one day on a 4 day stay and i had 3 rolls of toilet paper and when they came they took 2 rolls away and i needed them."
