Struttura organizzata negli spazi e arredata modernamente. Ha tutti i confort necessari ma piano cottura e forno funzionano male. Durante il soggiorno uno dei condizionatori si e’ rotto ed il giorno successivo è stato sostituito. Vista l’abbondanza di mosche e vespe sarebbe anche necessario procedere con una disinfestazione per rendere gradevole la permanenza in giardino. Posizione tranquilla.

L'abitazione è dotata di tutte le comodità, inclusa la lavastoviglie e un ricco set di stoviglie. Ben arredata e con 6 posti letto effettivi. La navetta per la spiaggia ha la fermata a pochi metri di distanza, purtroppo non è molto frequente. Comodo il giardino. La spiaggia dista 1,7 km e il paese circa 2 km. Molto comodo l'uso di biciclette che si possono noleggiare in paese.
