"This is hands down one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in and we travel often. From the minute we walked in we were in awe of this hotel and couldn't stop admiring the decor and detail around the hotel. The ambience is special. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful - every single detail is taken care of before you even arrive. Our rooms were beautiful - the bed was comfortable, the room was extremely clean but most of all the details were remarkable. They placed hot water bottles to warm our bed, chocolate, tea, and filtered water were placed in our room. We stayed here twice during our trip to Peru, we weren't feeling the best (altitude sickness) but staying here made us feel comfortable. We would give this hotel a million stars and hope to visit again. The location is perfect, we walked everywhere, it's quiet, the bar, restaurant and complimentary breakfast are excellent, the outdoor space is relaxing, you won't find a more accommodating staff, and you'll appreciate all of the detail that went into designing this hotel. This hotel has it all! If you are thinking about booking this hotel just do it, it's simply the best! "

"Beautiful room with view of the river that is as spacious as it is quiet. I emphasize the quiet during my same as I was based in a Cusco hotel that was not quiet so it was good to get a full 8 hours of sleep with the ambient noise of the river. One minor and amusing regarding is during the night...night here a rooster was crowing around the 2am hour; truly must have been an imported rooster OR disabled rooster as I've never heard of a rooster crowing at night. Staff was professional and exceptional. Free breakfast was only okay. "

"This beautiful hotel was built around an historic cloister and ancient walls and items were preserved, even a historic walking tour of the property was complimentary. It is located in the heart of Cusco, two blocks from the main square. The staff made our stay so memorable. They were efficient, friendly and attentive, in all areas."

"Great location and pleasant staff. Breakfast buffet has lots of selections ranging from detox juices through quiche, waffles, fresh fruit, bacon, house made bake goods and lots of other sources of protein. We used laundry service and couldn’t be more pleased. "

"We stayed in one of the Andean cottages for two nights, which was a perfect place to relax in between exploring the nearby villages, Moray ruins and Maras salt pans. The food was delicious and we especially loved the complimentary breakfast buffet! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. We would definitely come back! "
