"The staff was incredible and the facility was inviting. The food served at breakfast and dinner was superior to any restaurant in which we could have dined. A wonderful overall experience."
"A beautiful modern hotel with all the amenities one needs to relax and feel pampered. Small pool with comfy sun beds, great food, including room service options. Highly recommend this place. "

"The room was clean and bed comfortable. There was some need of repairs, for example the bathroom door had a hole in it. The shower screen did not prevent water from going on the floor, in fact it looked like a flood after the shower had been used. "
"We stayed here for our last night in Windhoek. It was a nice place to come and rest before a big flight. We were in a luxury tent, which we didn’t realize was at the far end of the property of all amenities, like the restaurant and pool. Not a huge deal because they do offer porter services to drive you to and from your tent to the reception/main area. We ended up walking which was only about an 5 minute walk, but would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Our tent was clean, the restaurant was busy and had good food. The property is clean and quiet and felt very safe with two security gates. Overall, a nice place to stay for a night passing through Windhoek"
"The hotel was great. The staff are wonderful. They are very friendly. The concierge could not do enough for me. The food is excellent. And the rooftop bar/restaurant is fantastic.
But there is little to do in Windhoekitself. I had to take trips to the various areas of interest. If you’re going to go to Windhoek, sign up for a group tours ahead of time. I had to hire individual drivers since the group tour were all booked up."
"This is a lovely little boutique hotel in a quiet corner of Windhoek. It was a nice place to get some rest after a long safari and before leaving Namibia. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy at night."
