"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

Most of all staffs were helpful in sending some of our luggages to the airport as we don't want to carry it with us to Kyoto and Osaka. "

Its located on a quiet street across from a park and a couple minute walk to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and subway satation. The room was clean, beds and pillows comfortable.
