"Amazing staff and hotel! Great views and location is UNBEATABLE. You are close to everything in Shibuya including the connection to the station itself which is more convenient than anywhere else. Room is always clean as usual and staff is so helpful and accommodating. My hotel choice for every vacation in Tokyo. Shibuya mark city being right at the entrance is also a plus especially when you need gifts/omiyage for family! Also such a safe space especially for travelers who are unfamiliar with Japan. Great security as well even late at night! 10/10 as usual. I can’t wait to come back again "

"Room was very small , even there was no space for our luggage , bath was like a cabin , Only positive point for this hotel was buffet breakfast but stuffs at restaurant were very rude "

"Comfy beds, and easy walk to Shinjuku Station to access all trains. Great bathroom setup. Easy luggage storage option. Pro-tip: have a Japanese craft gin in the lobby while doing a load of laundry mid trip! Difficult to find coming from station on arrival, but the neighborhood is super easy to navigate after you’re settled. It would likely be our home base on a future trip."

"Had connecting room great for family of 4. Great views and plenty of space. However, hotel is very expensive to eat at. Laundry facilities aren’t very good - takes many times to dry clothes. "

"The breakfast was excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly. I requested late checkout and I guess there was a miscommunication or language barrier as my card was deactivated so had to go back through the process to get that redone. Overall great experience and will be back"
