Especially the half board menu where we experienced a hearty, well-balanced dining experience specializing in traditional Japanese food using local, fresh ingredients. "One night was definitely not enough! Clean room, great amenities, a wide variety of delicious buffet options, and three relaxing hot springs. I did notice a comment about one of the baths, which I understand, but the water quality was still excellent and very soothing. Special thanks to Mr. Kakumoto for his friendliness and exceptional service truly went above and beyond!! I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in town. "

"If you come to tokyo for your vacation, you should consider check out this onsen.they have a free shuttle bus from shinjuku every day its about 4-5hrs rides, not to mention they have a very special onsen water.... "

"We were here for a couple of days and had a wonderful stay! The place is kept clean, and it sits right by the ski hill. Nothing beats a soak in the hot public bath after a day of skiing. Also loved the breakfast and dinner! The gem though was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and went out of the way to help us. "
