The architecture immediately started relieving the stress of travel and the beautifully maintained grounds and peaceful atmosphere helped us regain a sense of peace in the busy hustle and bustle. We felt completely safe the whole stay and were treated with great kindness and deference."

"The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The availability of a small kitchen facility in the room was not advertised but very welcome. The TV channel 'list' in the room gave the impression that only 'local' channels were available when in fact (by luck) I found there were many more international news channels, etc. Which was a bonus. The location was very quiet (end of September) but well situated. Overall I had great visit and would not consider anywhere else should I return to the area in the future. Thanks "
