"These folks are busy and Vincente still makes a very nice breakfast. The pizza at the truck down the road is a great option for dinner on the terrace. Check out the unusual goats next door and the Spar market has WARM baguettes in the morning across the street. Ask for “Une baguette, s’il vous plait” and enjoy! This lodge was MUCH further than I expected on extremely windy roads from Cannes and through Grasse but it was beautiful. The Val du Saint Thierry has a great farmer’s market on Sunday...

"What a great surprise to have a prized chef owning this Hotel. Kevin served us up the most amazing, incredibly high end seven course degustation dinner with a bottle of local wine to set the mood. "We have a heat wave here , someone hid the remote control for the AC so we spent the night sweating and the pillows are terrible ..We came back late at night so no more staff was impossible to ask where was the remote control for the AC ( was under a blanket in the closet) when i told that to the staff in the morning the answer was " Ah bon " horrific night .."
