La nostra era spaziosa, confortevole, pulita. La colazione è molto curata, con tante opzioni dolci e salate. Il personale accogliente e gentilissimo. La semplicità delle cose fatte bene. This auberge is situated in the centre of Castellane, with a river at the rear that you can swim in. The breakfast was varied and there was plenty of it, lovely staff who were very friendly and helpful. There is a large rear shaded terrace which was quiet snd you could relax have a drink. Castellane has a friendly, busy but relaxed vibe, plenty to see and do. I would definitely stay again. Ask for a room on the rear so that it is hidden from the buzz of the square.

It was a very nice short stay in the very cute town. The restaurant food as great as well! We had breakfast and dinner and both were very good quality food. The rooms were good for the overnight stay.

Sehr schöner Alter urfranzösischer Gashof mit sehr guter, wenn auch nicht preiswerter Küche. Abends kann man noch schön durch die Kneipen ziehen, obwohl der Ort nur wenige Einwohner zählt, ist die Dichte an Kneipen und Restaurants bemerkenswert.

Mysigt boende mitt i stan

Rent rum, bra standard, mysig miljö. Perfekt läge mitt i staden och granne med floden där vi kunde bada. Vänlig och hjälpsam receptionist. Minus för att restaurangen var stängd pga personalbrist- vi valde just det här hotellet bland annat för den mysiga restaurangen.

Castellane is a small picturesque town with the ability to hike above to many viewpoints. Very friendly staff at check in and in the hotel dining room. The food was wonderful at dinner and we were happy they served dinner because in the fall most places were closed for the season.
