"Staff and front desk and room service all nice and professional and safe and everything but some of the rules don’t make since like not able to use my personal camera they said the policy don’t accept that I can bring in my camera to my room and everything but not able to use my personal camera but they said I can use my phone camera and everything but not my personal camera wich is the same thing but everything else is perfect and professional. "

"Fantastic large room with high ceilings and great view. Location means there is traffic noise past midnight, but that doesn’t bother us - just steps to the Corniche. Best location in Alexandria. Bed was very comfy! Internet a bit weak. "

"The apartment is beautiful with nice natural lighting. I didn't use the kitchen much but it is perfect for all of your basic needs and has appliances. The bedrooms are spacious, one single and one double. It is the perfect location to explore Alexandria as its within the city centre. There's an ATM and Gomla Market only 3 minute walk away. The only thing I did not realise from the listing was that there is no elevator nor washing machine. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate. As I had large bags he offered to help me with the move despite not having to be present as there is a key box that allows for smooth entry. Despite no elevator, it was not too difficult as the staircase is narrow, has small steps and is well-lit. This felt like a stay in a renovated heritage part of the city. I would stay again and recommend it! "
