"The location of the hotel was great for us. It has a SPECTACULAR view of the Connecticut State Capital and the surrounding green space. Be sure to ask for the view room, as this was what made the stay worthwhile. It was a 10 minute walk to Dunkin Park, a minor league baseball stadium. Attending an event there was the reason for our stay. The adjacent neighborhood is not great. The hotel, while clean, is old and not in top condition. The room itself had been updated, but the bathroom showed a lot of wear."

"We would stay here again we absolutely loved the decor. It was modern funky and grand. We love the bar downstairs with the adorable DJ. She was amazing. I don’t know her name, but we love the music and her vibe. Great location, great price, comfortable bed, clean room."

"I do not usually leave reviews, but this deserves to be an exception. This was probably the best privately owned property I have ever stayed in. Well stocked--the owner has tried to think of everything and done a good job in doing so. Very good communicator with almost instantaneous replies. And the price is unbeatable. This will be my go to place anytime I am anywhere near Hartford."

"There was only parking for 1 car in the car park. Second car had to park on street in a rough neighborhood. Only 1 key provided, needed 2. The host provided K cups from Walmart. No salt, pepper,sugar or other amenities. Host failed to give the door code in the introductary info. Apartment located in an unsafe area."
