Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this pleasant air-conditioned studio in Saint-François. Less than a kilometer from the beach and shared pools, this 36 m² studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're just waiting for you!

The studio comprises
- A 28 m² living room with TV, sofas (including a double sofa bed)
- A mezzanine with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

6 m² balcony with :
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- A dining area

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- Shared, unheated swimming pools open all year round. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- A 6 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days

The studio is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the residence.
