Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac Léman. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

relax in riva al lago

lo chalet é in una posizione eccellente. la disposizione delle camere e della zona giorno é perfettamente comoda. Ci sono due bagni al piano giorno e una doccia in aggiunta. al primo piano 4 comode camere letto. Le due matrimoniali si affacciano sul lago e la mattina entra la luce del sole. La soletta é di legno, quindi meglio viaggiare con familiari o amici stretti.

Wunderschöner Spot

Wir waren als Gruppe von 7 Personen in dem schönen kleinen Chalet und haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefüllt. Die schöne Holzoptik der Wände und die rustikale Möbel ist sehr passend und das Häuschen ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Man kann wunderbar auf der Terrasse die Luft und die Aussicht genießen und nach belieben oft ins Wasser gehen um sich abzukühlen. Des Nachts kann man sich an das Ufer setzen und die Lichter der gegenüberliegenden Stadt genießen, was ebenfalls große Freude bereitet.

Schöner Platz, aber.....

Der direkte Seeanstoss war das Highlight, wir genossen den eigenen Badeplatz. Das Haus ist vollgestopft mit Material der Besitzerin, so dass es kaum Platz gibt für die eigenen Sachen. Der Miefgeruch in der Küchenkombination ist mehr als unangenehm. Fehlendes Eisfach im Kühlschrank, kein funktionierendes Licht über dem Kochherd. Anweisung der Besitzerin, Schuhe draussen auszuziehen und nur Plastikbecher im Aussenbereich zu verwenden, waren fehl am Platz. Kein Besen für den Aussenbereich.
