"The room wasn’t available until 50 minutes after the 3pm check-in time, despite the front desk telling us it “would be ready in 15 minutes” over and over. We only got the room cards at 3:50pm and even then only the receptionist said we had to wait another 10 minutes and we began to raise complaints! ..."

"The location is right across from the train station, and that's about it on the good things you can say about this hotel. The property needs some serious investment. The cleaning was poor and the AC was not working properly, mind you that this summer was really hot."
