"Mint Cervin is a beautiful property. From the pick up at the train station to the help with reservations and business services - top notch. I received a room upgrade and the room was spectacular. The staff is friendly and very helpful. While the Matterhorn was behind clouds, it did pop out for a brief visit in the morning. Fantastic stay!"

"Had a wonderful stay as a solo traveler. Got a free upgrade to a double room with a view of the Matterhorn which was so special. Spacious and comfortable room. Spa access after a long hike the day prior was very needed. Staff were all very nice and responsive - I communicated my arrival time through WhatsApp and had to change my time. They got back to me with a confirmation and a porter was waiting at the train station for me. Staff member came to my room to show me how to turn on the hair dryer. Breakfast buffet had many choices. Will stay longer next time. Thank you for making my first trip to Zermatt so memorable. Will be back with friends and family."

"So glad I chose this hotel. The gentle man checked us in was very kind and helpful. The location is close to everything while quiet. The room was clean. loved the balcony and its view. We did enjoy our stay. will absolutely recommend it!"

"Be aware that you CANNOT drive nor park near the hotel. Only electric cars from residents are allowed!! If you are driving you must leave your car parked at the Matterhorn train station, (we paid approx. €15), then catch the train to Zermatt that cost €8 (if you get late and train is not available there’s a free shuttle that will take you to Zermatt) then just walk a couple of blocks to the hotel. DO NOT TAKE A TAXI!! The taxi would charge you about €40 to take you and is not necessary!!! Unfortunately we didn’t know this information because the hotel didn’t send us any information about it, so when we arrived, it was pretty late, we drove almost to the hotel when the police stopped us and told us that we had to drive back to the train station because driving in Zermatt is prohibited unless you are a resident or have a special permit that cost you thousands of $$ so we went through a lot of inconveniences and learned the hard way. We had to drive back to the Matterhorn Train Station, get the shuttle that luckily the driver was helpful and took us to Zermatt and called a taxi, but we ended paying the taxi the ridiculous fee! Other than that, the hotel is in a great location, walking distance to shops, train station and bus stop (green line is free). The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and considered apologizing for all the inconveniences. The breakfast was excellent, you sit down with the Matterhorn view that was awesome!!"
