"The apartment is small but perfectly workable for a couple and in a safe, convenient and quiet compound on the edge of Old Nice. There is a lift to the apartment but, via the most accessible entrance to the compound, over 70 stairs to get to the lift. And many more stairs if you take the exit from the compound that lands you directly into Old Nice. Our only issue was the lack of a second set of keys into the apartment with no working intercom to let each other in via the three locked security...

"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs.
