"Hotel de La Plage was the perfect place to stay for our St Jean de Luz vacation. From the moment we arrived until we checked out 2 days later the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.The hotel checked all the boxes, but the staff made our stay memorable: from helping us park our car to amazing restaurant recommendations, they were the crown jewel.
Our rooms were clean and beautifully designed and appointed with plenty of room for our suitcases and to store clothing....

"We loved our stay in this beautiful hotel. The staff were exceptional, kind, helpful, customer and service focused - they were so lovely.
The hotel is exceptionally well located, right on the beach, includes free parking and the rooms are perfect. Our bed was big, super comfortable and the linen was fresh and clean.
Highly recommend Bel Air as a great place to stay in Saint Jean du Luz.

"Character property with friendly helpful staff opposite small beach near the harbour. Walkable in a few minutes to main beach and town. Road in front quite busy but room was double-glazed so this wasn’t an issue. Breakfast available, no dinner but plenty of restaurants nearby. "

"Lovely location. Great gardens and swimming pool area. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The bar staff in particular couldn’t do enough to help you. Nice cliff top walk down to St Jean de Luz. All in all, we had a very pleasant two night stay here. Could have stayed longer!"

"The owner of Hotel Les Goelands is a gem of a person. Although we had a bit of a problem checking-in, he more than made up for our inconvenience with his conscientious, affable and charming personality.
Hotel Les Goelands is a lovingly operated family business that has been in existence for 90 years. We enjoyed having "Grandmother's Special Cake" for dessert on the evening we had dinner in the dining room. Delicious!
The breakfasts at the hotel were also very tasty.
