  • Beautiful air-conditioned detached house, fenced with terraces, swimming pool with security cover surrounded by a lawn with automatic watering, beautiful view of the village in a quiet area 200m from the town center and 30 minutes from the beaches, Narbonne and Carcassonne.
    Provencal style kitchen, large living room, very bright dining room equipped with 2 leather sofas and two stressless armchairs, TV with Canal +. openings on terraces. Master bedroom on the ground floor with bathroom fitted with a bathtub and a 2 sinks shower. Independent toilets.
    Upstairs, mezzanine, 3 bedrooms and separate WC + bathroom.
