The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in St Malo, Intra-Muros, this charming flat 500m from the beaches, with wifi (fibre optics), with a surface area of 50 mÂČ and can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
Located on the 1á”‰Êł floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 18 mÂČ, fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and has a secure private garage.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- An 18 mÂČ living room with double sofa bed and TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200), separable into 2 single beds (option to be specified when booking).
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate WC

You will also have the following additional equipment: washing machine/dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private garage.

- Bus: Bus lines 1 and 2 from the station to Intra-Muros

Nearby
Bon secours beach, Porte St-Pierre, with its seawater swimming pool and sailing club on the beach. At low tide, you can go to the Ile du Grand BĂ©, where Chateaubriand's tomb is located.
All the shops are within easy walking distance of the flat.

Visits :
La Demeure de Corsaire, Rue d'Asfeld, a private mansion, part of which is open to visitors. Museums, the Cathedral, the tour of the ramparts, guided tours are available from the Tourist Office at Porte St Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts on the outside.
From Place St Vincent you will find bus and coach departures to all areas of Saint-Malo as well as the little train for a commented historical tour of the town.

Food:
Rue de l'Orme, also known as Rue Gourmande, is a great place to buy local produce:
Butters and cheeses from chez Bordier, Babas de Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables at Les 4 saisons, fresh fish at Guinemer fishmonger, as well as numerous restaurants, such as Breizh café, Cambusier, or down the street l'Absynthe.

Restaurants and cafés :
On the Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy excellent seafood at the Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at the Lion d'or, a Sunday lunch at the Maison Générale for the pleasure of your taste buds and eyes (reservations recommended), and discover the friendly Cargo Culte restaurant, with its home cooking, tarts, salads, sandwiches and soups on the menu, in a brocante decor. Le Passenger offers original and playful lava stone cuisine.

In the evening, you can choose between a Celtic atmosphere at the St-Patrick's, or the inevitable belle époque, beer lovers, the Aviso will seduce you with its 500 beers! And if you prefer the atmosphere of sailing and boating, you can drink a toast at La Trinquette in the harbour along the Bassin Vauban!

Chez Léon "Lovely apartment, great location, very handy having the underground car park. There was the usual hustle and bustle from the shops and pedestrians which is to be expected due to the location, but we did suffer with excessive noise from the surrounding apartments."

The private parking was a huge plus and convenient 🙁 Only issue was told pillows on the bed were not comfortable. They were too large and too firm."

Appartement confort avec tous les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires. 🙁 Il manquait un bon coup d'aspirateur lors de notre arrivĂ©e. Vigilance, il n'y a pas de volets ou de stores occultants. Daria m'a accueillie avec des conseils trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©s pour trouver une Ă©picerie, et sur une randonnĂ©e Ă  faire en m'informant de l'heure des marĂ©es. Le logement peut accueillir 4 personnes avec un divan lit. Lit confortable. Belle douche. Beaucoup de lumiĂšres, proche de nombreux restaurants, principalement des crĂȘperies. J'ai beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© mon sĂ©jour au coeur de l'intra-mural de St Malo, et je recommande vivement.

Chez Léon "Bel appartement en plein centre intra muros dans une rue piétonne, bien agencé, bien équipé, trÚs propre, décoré avec goût et correspondant à nos attentes. Bien que situé dans une rue trÚs commerçante, il est suffisamment tranquille la nuit. Le garage _ facile d'accÚs en voiture _ est situé dans la rue arriÚre et est accessible à pied par l'escalier intérieur de l'immeuble. Chez LĂ©on "Super sĂ©jour. Nous n’avons jamais utilisĂ© la voiture. Le garage s’est trĂšs pratique. Super facile de se rendre Ă  n’importe quel endroit de Saint Malo intra muros. Tout est Ă  5 min est l’embarcadĂšre est Ă  10 min Ă  pied pour se rendre Ă  Dinard. Superbe emplacement en face de la cathĂ©drale. Les cloches sonnent Ă  8h et le dernier tintement est Ă  22h. La rue est un peu bruyante en fin de soirĂ©e et en dĂ©but de matinĂ©e (nettoyage de la ville) mais cela n’empĂȘche pas de dormir et permet de se rĂ©veiller tĂŽt pour profiter. Je conseille vivement cette location ."

Chez Léon Emplacement idéal au pied de la cathédrale. Exactement ce que nous cherchions. L'appartement est au premier étage dans un immeuble vieillissant mais l'intérieur est refait et c'est trÚs propre et trÚs bien décoré. L'appartement a un salon et une chambre et est assez spacieux pour quatre. Tout est trÚs propre et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin pour cuisiner et rester plusieurs jours. La cuisine est séparée et cÎté cour. Bon à savoir : on est intra muros donc l'isolation phonique n'est pas au top et les cloches sonnent dÚs huit heures. Pour nous ce n'était pas un problÚme car a bien profité de nos journées ! Le plus c'est la place de parking. L'entrée est étroite et trÚs pentue mais c'est parfait pour laisser la voiture tout le temps du séjour.
