Excellent location for our stay. The apartment was clean and spacious and having secure parking was a bonus. Communication from the host was also excellent.

Stayed in a double room, quite small. But everything you need. Spotlessly clean. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Every member of staff was courteous and friendly. Had drinks in the bar, not overly priced. Breakfast was really good, quality produce & plenty of selection. A very minor point, the tables are quite close to each other, so felt a bit squashed.
Overall an excellent stay, the decor is amazing. Staff really friendly & helpful. Highly recommended

The Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable and plentiful with a wide selection to choose from although somewhat pricey. Hotel is located right in the centre of Hereford close to all shops, pubs and cathedral.
