We found the suite could use some updating. The ad mentions beach extras like beach towels and blanket etc. Those things were not in the suite. At least we never found them. "Have been going to the Flamingo before it was purchased by Hilton. Hilton did a nice job on the rebuild after hurricane Irma. Room was clean except floor always had sand on it. Staff did bare minimum on checkin, checkout. They did not share much information unless asked. On check out they stated we had an outstanding charge from the restaurant. It took some doing but they found the mistake and removed the charge. We never ate there. Was there for 13 days and they serviced the room twice. All they did is give new towels and moved the sand around on the floor. The view from the room was nice. We never ate anywhere at the resort. For a Hilton, I found it somewhat lacking."
